As  commercial real estate brokers we are exposed to some amazing investment opportunities.  So, in addition to our tenant representation and corporate services practice we have been investing in properties throughout our careers.  On some occasions additional opportunity is available for friends and clients who are accredited investors to join in.  Some of the projects that we have invested in as a general or limited partner include the following:

The main purpose of listing these investments here is to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.  However, most of my investments are non-commercial or outside of our primary segment niche, as to limmit such conflicts.  If you would like more information regarding these investments please let me know.
